The duty of Human Resources Department is to apply, develop and execute the programs designed to increase productivity in the company. Employees need this department when acknowledging the mission and planning the objectives of the organization.

In progress of changing and development in the world, in order to increase the value of the organizations, which they are a part of, human resources departments are taking serious roles, determining objectives and changing. These objectives followed to create a difference in competition are leading the human resource department’s role to strategic participation, becoming a business partner, consulting, being job oriented, focusing on customers and outside the company.

   

When we look from the employee point of view, a human resource department should be able to provide the resources needed by employees to fulfill the objectives of the company, should assist the employees and should be accessible when needed.

BO Group acknowledges the fact that no strategy can be long lasted, unless employees take an active role in formation and implementation in that strategy; therefore, BO Group’s Human Resource Department is appointed to achieve these goals and provides support for individual improvement of workforce.
